Quick ab workout

This quick ab blaster will only take 5 minutes but it's effective! Try and do it 3-4 times a week along with other exercises. I do this either first thing in the morning or after a HIIT class! (I filmed this video after a HIIT class so I was pretty knackered as you can tell!) Plus you can do it all in the benefit of your own home! I have added speed to this video - so you don't need to do them this quick! This is just to show what I do but you can do them at your own pace.
